Post-hoc subgroup Analysis

Hey everyone,

I got a question concerning the post-hoc analysis, here's the context:

I got 4 medicaments (A, B, C, D) and 3 major diagnosis (Dx1, Dx2, Dx3). I used fit y (3 Diagnoses) by x (the medicaments) to view how each medicament is distributed to the 3 diagnoses. According to Pearsons, there is a significant difference. I wanted to identify the exact difference by using a post-hoc subgroup analysis but I couldn't really figure out how.

I appreciate any help!

Re: Post-hoc subgroup Analysis

There are no post hoc tests in the Contingency or Nominal Logistic platforms. The Generalized Regression platform red triangle menu has a Multiple Comparisons command. This platform is a JMP Pro feature.
