I could use some help trying to use JMP to parse an very lengthy XML file (approximately 225K lines) to create a single data table but have not been able to get very far after several hours of coding a script file and several internet searches. I will place a snippet of the XML file below that contain a section of the file that I am trying to parse to create the table. There are other sections within the XML file that use the Tag "SubTest" but if the "TestDescription" child tag within the "SubTest" tag does not contain the term "Freq_Offset" the script needs to ignore it so the data is not added to the data table. The "SubTest" section has several "Record" children sections at the beginning. These are the parameters used when performing the measurements and need to be added to the Data table. The measurement tags after the initial "Record" tags also needs to be added to the data table along with the test criteria and pass/fail results for each Measurement tag. If someone can help me get started with the structure of the XML Parsing script that creates a smaller version fo the data table I can take it from there and create the rest of the required columns and populate the data from the XML file. I am just getting stuck with trying to create the script that would conditionally add the row to the data table based on the criteria listed above, and to extract the data from the child tags of the "SubTest" tag.
