Hi all,
I've been asked to produce something akin to : http://diseasome.eu/map.html
I'm wondering if any of you ever seen something like this generated with SAS? JMP?
I've also see them be called: social network diagrams, node-link diagrams, network diagrams (force directed and arc) and variations on this theme (adjacency diagrams).
Thanks in advance.

The corrrect link to my SESUG 2013 paper is (https://analytics.ncsu.edu/sesug/2013/JMP-01.pdf). y appologies
Edit: updated link
Some SAS products have diagrams similar to that. See http://www2.sas.com/proceedings/forum2007/164-2007.pdf and SAS/GRAPH(R) 9.2: Reference, Second Edition
My SESUG 2013 JMP paper (http://www.lexjansen.com/sesug/2013/JMP-01.pdf) described how to produce a speicalized network diagram (interrelationship digraph) using "Associative Arrays in Graph Theory" found in the JMP JSL Scripting guide.

Hello,
I also would like to create such kind of graph but unfortunately the link mentioned above is not working anymore.
Are there other resources available, that could help to create a network graph?
Thanks in advance!
JMP currently does not have this capability. Previous versions (versions 14 and earlier) had some undocumented capabilities to make network diagrams, but this is no longer possible in JMP 15 or JMP 16.
If this is something you would like to see in JMP, i encourage you to make a request on the JMP Wish List. https://community.jmp.com/t5/JMP-Wish-List/idb-p/jmp-wish-list
Thanks for the suggestion @SamGardner , I will do this!
