My laptop is running JMP is too laggy.

My laptop is a new product purchased in 2021，but JMP16 is too laggy to operate properly after installation. Is anyone in the same situation? Please help me

what operating system?

what CPU?

how much RAM?

how many other applications are running while JMP is running?

Windows10

11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-1135G7 @ 2.40GHz 2.42 GHz

16.0 GB (15.8 GB available)

No other applications are running except the firewall of the Windows system
