MINITAB IMPORT

I have a minitab project and I am wondering what is the best way to import it to JMP.  I understand that the project can't be imported.  Is it something like putting the minitab all in excel then importing?  Any help is appreciated.

JMP can read Minitab worksheets, so you can move the data tables from the project to individual worksheets. Or your idea of moving to Excel works too.
