MANOVA statistics missing

Untitled.jpgUntitled.jpgMANOVA statistics such as Pillai's trace and Wilks' lambda are not shown in a MANOVA report, when there are only two levels in the predictor variable. Is there a way to get these statistics?

Thanks!

Re: MANOVA statistics missing

You can find pointers to the Help pages for both Pillar's Trace and Wilks' Lambda in the Statistics Index in JMP.

Look up the desired statistic and then click on the "Topic Help" to go to the Help Page(s) for how to run the statistic
