JMP16: M$ Excel PIVOT Table view not imported into JMP
Worksheet in Excel.
Using PIVOT table to narrow the selection of data.
Using JMP Export Tool on Excel toolbar, the export moves the entire worksheet into JMP and not just the PIVOT view data.
This is a very powerful filtering tool frontend for JMP...

JMP has it's own version of a Pivot table. Take a look at the Tabulate Platforms.

It is a abbreviated 'street term' for Micro$oft Corporation given after their business model switched from shrink wrapped software to software as a service.
