JMP has performed an access violation and will shut down while starting JMP

I am getting error "JMP has performed access violation and will shut down while starting JMP" . It also says start up error information is recorded in some folder. I am running JMP 13.0.0 on Windows 7. Any help would be appreciated

You might try the solution documented in JMP Note 44128.  But as @txnelson says, reach out to JMP Technical Support and we will be happy to help.
