JDBC vs. ODBC for PostgreSQL

I am trying to connect to a PostgreSQL database with JMP.  PostgreSQL has drivers for JDBC and ODBC (and probably others).

 

Does the community have a preferred driver for PostreSQL?

 

I am using JMP 18.1.2
