When I plot scatter of multiple parameter with different range I am seeing they appear on same level with arrows at the top probably indicating that range is not same for all the plots
Is there a way to force graph builder to give full range axis even if that means few plots completely disappearing as their spread is very small
Yes, change axis merging settings
Parallel Merged might be the one you are looking for. I think there are also some preferences related to this
And you can also find this option from graph builder red triangle when you hold SHIFT while you click on it
