Is the license file for running JMP software on the cloud server applied by the individual different from the PC?

Why does the same JMP software license file work on a PC, but not on a personal server?

We license JMP for use on server operating systems separately. 

Please contact your local JMP office to learn more about licensing JMP for this server.
