Invoking a script from another script

I am always delighted with how much is learned through these forums, so quick question:  Is there a way to invoke a script from another script?  I have a long script that I use to retrieve data.  Sometimes I run a second script with instructions on how to visualize the dataset (both scripts are in the same folder).  Is there a way that from script A I could invoke script B?

I would like to set script A to generate a pop-up window that will prompt me: "Visualize the data? Y/N".

Thanks everyone!!
