Intraclass Correlation in JMP

Hi,

I have test-retest data of the same measure on the same subjects.

I would like to calculate the intra-class correlation between the test and retest, but could not find anything in the documentation or in the forum.

Any idea how this can be done?

Thanks!

Galit

Re: Intraclass Correlation in JMP

In JMP 10 ICC is listed in EMP-results obtained by the Measurement Systems Analysis platform (Analyze/Quality and Process/...). Look in the documentation (Help/Books/Quality and Reliability Methods) on page 125.

ICC can also be calculated from the mean squares obtained from the Fit Model platform.
