How to run repeated measure correlation in JMP (Non-independent data)

Hi JMP Community,

 

I want to determine the correlation between repeated measurements (time 1, time 2...) of biomarkers and a clinical measure evaluated at the same time points in multiple patients. I am aware of the pitfall of using the standard correlation method with the time points combined because of the lack of independence of the data.

Is it possible to perform the same analysis (i.e., repeated measure correlation) in JMP?

I forgot to mention that I work with JMP 16.1 (no JMP Pro) on Windows 10 Pro operating system.

I'm not expert here, thats why I consumed some presentations recently,

with JMP Pro I would recommend:

Fitting Repeated Measures Data using JMP Pro - JMP User Community

and other contributions in Mastering JMP.

 

But in this contribution I found recently several hints on how to do similar things w/o JMP Pro in the Fit Model Platform:

Quantitative method aside, I believe you can create the plots and do graphical analysis and apply practical evaluations of the repeated measures with JMP.  Graph builder would be useful.  Also don't forget to test for unusual data points and range charts might help there.
