How to recall the Random Seed Number?

Hello,

I made a Custom DOE design (RSM).

and It was look like the above figure.

However, I closed the dialog and just have the above figure.

If I make the exact copy of the above Experimental order Table, and run the Fit model with the appropriate Terms,

I might have the proper analysis result.

However, I cannot have the pre-experimental Design Evaluation as above and so on.

So, in this case where I do not remember the Random Seed Number,

How can I recall the original seed?

Please help me, thank you!

Re: How to recall the Random Seed Number?

If you have the JMP design table (is this what you mean by the run-order table?), then the table will have a script called DOE Dialog. That script will reproduce the design and has the random seed in it.

If you still have that report window open, you can go to the red triangle at the top (by where it says Custom Design) and choose Save Script to Script Window. You will see the script in the window with the Set Random Seed value.

Re: How to recall the Random Seed Number?

Hi, Dan.

Unfortunately, all I have are run-order table, and above evaluation screenshot.

Isn't there be a solution?

Thank you!

Re: How to recall the Random Seed Number?

Dear Dan,

It looks like I should redo.

This time I would save the table and be cautious.

Thanks for helps!!
