How to get Add-in feature of Quality by Design for Risk Assessment in JMP V19 (Student Edition)

I am Devraj, currently doing Masters in Pharmacy and using JMP V19 (Student Edition)

I was using JMP V19 recently installed and wanted to use Risk Assessment but the "add-in" feature for risk assessment was not showing and also checked this blog https://community.jmp.com/t5/JMP-Blog/Risk-Assessments-for-Quality-by-Design/ba-p/537806
to get the feature but got this message " You do not have sufficient privileges for this resource or its parent to perform this action."

Please let me know what can be done. 

I contacted JMP Technical Support and got to know the File Exchange has been retired and replaced with the JMP Marketplace. Some add-ins were not migrated during this transition for various reasons.

Can you help me out Scott Allen (@scott_allen) ?

@filmicdevv - You are correct, this add-in was not moved to the JMP Marketplace. I will check on its status and see what it would take to move to the Marketplace.
