How to enable HTML contol in Chrome?

Hello, I created a box plot report using column switcher to allow consumers of the data to choose which parameters to plot. However the control shows as disabled and nothing can be adjusted in the plot. Can you please help with the Chrome and/or JMP settings that are needed for these controls to work?

I'm not the right person to answer this, but...What version of JMP? Any messages in the JMP log window? How did you save/export from JMP? Can you share a picture? Or the script?

I know that different JMP platforms have acquired more HTML capability over a number of JMP releases. I'm guessing if a control is disabled, it is because JMP is disabling it because the combination of features isn't supported.
