How to derive variance given the data on excel sheet?

Dear community,

I've been trying to derive variance on jmp. I imported excel file with data (it has two columns only). I followed Analyze--> Distribution process and the answer is as shown below screenshot. Please instruct me further how to get variance

The variance is just Std Dev squared.

8.6015451 x 8.6015451 = 73.986578107334

or

8.6015451^2 = 73.986578107334

You can also add Variance to Summary Statistics from Customize Summary Statistics
