How to connect points with line in I-MR chart ?

Hi,

 

I struggle to find a way to add a line to connect all points in I-MR chart. The option "Show connect line" is checked but still nothing.

Anyone has an idea why ?

What version of JMP are you using? I'll start with I don't know why (I know not helpful), but try to create the IMR chart using Analyze>Quality and Process>Legacy Control Charts>IR and see if the chart looks OK.  If that has the connecting lines, you might submit the problem to JMP tech support support@jmp.com
