How to add full factorial for Fit Model?

Hello guys,

I am trying to do fit model but it does not allow me to have full factorial on the construct model effects.

Please give me any advice on this

I think maybe you just need to select those terms in the Columns field first.  In the pane on the left, choose the terms you want in the model, then make the menu choice for "Full Factorial".
