Welcome to the Community.

You appear to be asking two very broad questions.

One example of adding labels to a graph is to select to do this in the control panel in Graph Builder

However, you may be asking about a completely different definition of labeling.

Concerning "how to clean the data" there are so many ways to guess what your specific needs are.

Would you please provide more specificity on what your needs are.
