How do I get my labels to appear on a graph?

A  typical way to add labels to a graph is to 

1. In the data table, right click on the column(s) who's value(s) you want to display as labels and select Label/UnLabel
2. Select the data points in the graph you want to have the labels displayed 
   1. Right click on one of the selected points, and select    Rows=>Row Label
