You can select the two columns, right-click to create a new formula column:

I am trying to put the time column and Seed# column together and when I do what you suggest it messes up the time input (see Concatenate column).

Your Time column is a JMP Time column, which is measured in the number of seconds since midnight.  Thereroe, you need to convert it to a meaningful/displayable value.  This formula does it pretty well.

format(time,"hr:m") || " " :seed #

"12:00 21"
