How do I analyse repeated measurements with different starting values?

I need to analyse egg data, multiple measurements in time,  but the starting value between the two groups was very different. I want to take this into account, so maybe include as covariable or so, but do not know how to in JMP.

I think we probably need a bit more information in order to help. The solution will depend on what kind of analysis questions you are aiming to answer. What other variables are there? And how was the study designed? It would be good if you could attach an example of the data as a .jmp file.

The design is one measurement (2x 120 eggs) before treatment started (2 treatments) and 5 measurement (of 120 eggs per measurement) after treatment started.

The data is attached. Parameter of interest is breaking strenght. Problem is that the start of the trial there already was a big difference between the 2 groups and I do not know how to account for this in the model.
