How can the "END" key used on the keyboard in the current table of JMP 19 be changed to move the table to the last row?

Previously, in JMP 18 and earlier versions, the "END" key on the keyboard was used to automatically move tables to the last row
The current JMP19 has moved to the far right.How to modify?

I think you have to create custom shortcut for that behavior (Ctrl+down arrow couple of times will take to you bottom of table or very clunky feeling ctrl+end -> home).  Keyboard Shortcuts

I don't want to use Ctrl + ↓, so there's no way out?

I don't think you can rebind those shortcuts or overwrite them. Best option is to create new custom shortcut with the button combination you are willing to use and maybe create wish list item in hopes that the shortcut change gets reverted/we get more freedom with shortcuts.
