Hey I need help with solving this control chart problem?

WorldBest Healthcare System wants to start measuring nursing satisfaction. They decide that each week they will phone 60 patients (30 from a medical unit, 20 from a surgical unit, and 10 from an OB unit). The patients will be asked 9 questions and respond with Excellent, Very Good, Good, Fair, or Poor. It was defined that any answer other than
Excellent would be an unfavorable response. Out of the 60 patients called each week, they will keep track of how many patients had one or more unfavorable responses. To begin monitoring the responses,

1. What type of control chart should WorldBest Healthcare use, and why?

2. Is the process in statistical control?

May be homework, but the UI for setting up attribute charts in Control Chart Builder is only intuitive for people who are already well-versed in using the platform.

I think all JMPers should look out for each other so I don't mind helping out new users with homework assignments. : )
