Hazard function

How can I estimate chronological analysis of Hazard rate using Hazard function, like "muhaz package" in R. Dosen't JMP have any such functions?

Re: Hazard function

Did you search the on-line documentation for hazard function? The Life Distribution platform is useful estimating the hazard function.

JMP does not estimate the hazard function for the non-parametric survival estimator like the muhaz package. JMP fits a parametric life distribution model and then obtain the hazard function. Here is an example:

Select Analyze > Reliability and Survival > Life Distribution. Enter the time to event variable in the Y role and the censoring variable, if necessary:

I chose a lognormal life distribution and scale for this data. Notice the set of four profiles along the bottom of the picture. The hazard function is profiled for you.
