Could someone please help what to do/not to do ? Whatever I do the value labels are displayed scientific , again fixed dec for value labels do not dispay thousand numeric seperator

You will need to set the value for the bar labels using the dialog boxes under "Bar" on the left side of the graph window.
Select "Label by Row" and you should get the value labels you want. You may have to set the format for the desired column to Fixed Decimal as well.

Thank you, any idea about similar Caption Box problem? Dispaying Scientific and setting row label did not help
