Generalized linear model output

Where in the JMP output for a generalized linear model do I find the means and standard errors for each level of the independent variables? (What is called "Effect Details" in the general linear model output)

Welcome to the community.  It is very difficult to answer your question without seeing your data table and how you ran GLM.  In the future, if you can attach your JMP table, it might be easier to assist. Perhaps you can see the statistics you want by opening the Parameter Estimates table.  I have attached a partial screen shot of an analysis using GLM.

Re: Generalized linear model output

Thanks for your response! I do see the Parameter Estimates table. However, I'm not sure where in that table I can find the mean for each level. For example, in this screen shot, where do I find the mean values for infected and uninfected males and females? Those would be four means, plus a std error for each.

Re: Generalized linear model output

Again, I'm not sure how you are doing your analysis.  It appears you haver nominal factors (sex and infected (yes/no).  Are your factors data type nominal?
