Full Factorial Pairwise Comparisons Error

I am trying to solve a very frustrating error coming from JMP regarding full factorial analyses. When I try to run multiple comparisons on my data (screenshot below), I receive the following error: "All pairwise comparisons mean-mean scatterplot cannot be shown because confidence intervals cannot be computed.".My dataset should be in the right format and absolutely nothing I can find online has been helpful, anyone have a solution?

Re: Full Factorial Pairwise Comparisons Error

If you specified the full factorial model, then estimating all the parameters will exhaust the available degrees of freedom from the design. It is impossible to estimate the root mean square error, which is the basis for the standard error of the parameters. With out the SE, you cannot compute the confidence interval.
