Errors

Hi!

 

I'm trying to impute missing genotypes but I get this error. Check my markers and none have ")"

Hi @SuperEla ,

 

Do you have a ")" in a column name or SNP name?  JMP Genomics will only accept alphanumeric characters. If there is a space, it converts it to _ and if it starts with a number, an _ will be put in front of it. Other than that, you most likely will get an error message like this one if there is a non-alphanumeric character in the column/variable name.
