Error in predictive modeling

Hello,

Does anyone know what this error means and how I can fix it? I'm trying to run ridge regression using JMP Genomics 10.2.

I am trying to run 3 predictive models. When using Genomic BLUP it gives me an error that I have to use marker properties, when I use marker properties it gives me another error that the allele was not found. Any suggestions?
