Data Builder:
It saves you hours of creating data! 
A similar functionality can be found in Orange:

Graph Builder Remote Control:
It saves you hours of adjusting the color, size and all the other settings!

Agreed: it looks like doodling.

However, both are actually very useful for teaching! Just imagine how easy it is now to "draw" data with specific correlations, add outliers etc.and then use the dataset to demonstrate JMP's additional features and capabilities. ; )

generation of plots based on non-confidential data - for discussions in the community.

Lamenting the loss of GraphClick, we typically use WebPlotDigitizer now.  Having a native capability in JMP for this would be amazing.
