Cpk Calculating

Hello, I have a list of almost 400 parameters whose I'd like to calculate Cpk. 

I am able to create control build charts for all parameters where I can find the Cpk value for each parameter, but my question is if there is a way to export a list of all parameters and their Cpk only (without any chart).

Check the Process Screening platform. From the red triangle menu, you can select Save Summary Table to get a jmp data table that includes the CpK for each parameter.
