I have exactly the same issue as this unresolved post from 2015.
I'm trying to make multiple contour plots in the exact same way I have successfully made them before, but with certain datasets it won't work even though the data is formatted the same way. I get an error that says "JMP Alert: Unable to make graph from this data set." In the same way the other post mentions, if I switch which data goes on the X and Y axes, it makes the graph with no problem and I'm not sure what is different about those specific tables that won't work.
If anyone knows a solution or updated response to this issue it would be greatly appreciated!
