Conducting a one-way ANOVA to compare three means?

I have three different data sets (median home values) for the years 2018,2012,2010. I randomly selected a subset of 50 values from each set. How do I compare the mean of these data subsets to each other using a one-way ANOVA? I start off by using the fit y by x tool, but I'm not sure what to put as the y and x to compare the means.

Year is your X and Median Home Values I assume is your Y.

I am also assuming that you have concatenated the 3 subset data tables into one table.

Also, Year may be numeric, but it must be set to the Nominal modelling type. Likewise, Income must be set to the Continuous modeling type.

Why use a subset of the data for the comparison?
