A way to see the actual coding for design is to fit a simple main effects model to the data (use simulated/random data for a response if you don't have it), and then in Fit Least Squares, select from the red triangle > Save Columns > Save Coding Table. I have attached a table, that has an original design with a 2 level, 3 level, and 4 level categorical factor, along with the columns from the coding table joined into the design table.
