Bland-Altman plot

I tried to create an Bland-Altman plot using the matched pairs option in JMP. Unfortunately, the plot doesn't include the common +-1,96 sd-line and I haven't figured out how to insert this line into the plot. It's no problem to calculate the sd, but I don't know how to integrate it into the plot.

Does anyone have an idea on this?
