Bias Correction For ICC in EMP for MSA

In EMP how is Bias-corrected intraclass correlation coefficient worked out?

 I'm familiar with the basic ICC formula in EMP in but it is only in JMP that I have see ICC with Bias factored in. How is this worked out?
