I think you should find the capabilities for this as part of JMP's Reliability and Survival methods. Have a look in Help > Books > Reliability and Survival Methods. In particular Life Distributions > Competing Cause Report might be what you are looking for.

 

The "Blenders" sample data file in JMP has an example of competing cause analysis.
