We’re all trying to do our part to diminish harmful impact on the environment. Green chemistry, and those who practice it, are committed to designing chemical products and processes that eliminate, or at least reduce, the generation of hazardous substances. The practice is fairly new and is continually evolving.

Panel Speakers
Grace Lasker is a teaching Professor at the University of Washington Bothell in Public and Environmental Health and Toxicology.
Rick Morgan is a Professor of Green Chemistry at the University of Washington who works with manufacturing to help them implement green chemistry more effectively.
