Hover over when using @ to tag a post or user

Add Hover Over when using @ to tag post (or user). Came across this idea when tagging older posts to this topic Color Tabulate report based on other column value and there were multiple posts with same name.

So my suggestion is to add hover over when using @ to make it a bit easier to decide what you are tagging (also hover over could be helpful when viewing those from replies).
