Allow tagging posts by their ID

I recently tried to tag this post Can JMP run JMP? and I couldn't get it to appear to list of links.

My suggestion would be to allow tagging by using the post-id (283748). Currently it finds the posts which have that specific ID mentioned, but not the original post
