The limit of 2 account admins to manage our company's named-user licenses is quite restrictive. Increasing this number to 3 or 4 would be beneficial for coverage (in case the main 2 account admins are unavailable) and would allow for better distribution of tasks (assigning and unassigning licenses).  ...その他を表示

What inspired this wish list request?  While using the My JMP portal to manage users, I can't tell whether a user has downloaded the software or not.     What is the improvement you would like to see?  It would be good to have a visual indicator or field to tell me that a user has downloaded the software so I can follow up with those who have not.  Maybe the field could include the latest version that has been downloaded for each user.     Why is this idea important?  It helps me drive the installation of the latest version of software.     ...その他を表示

In this case, it is expected that many users will contact the administrator before the next annual renewal. My coworker's JMP Pro license expired. Our IT department got thoroughly confused by an old license file that looked new. The JMP Pro features went away, my coworker freaked. IT eventually called me in after using up all their other options. And the coworker's menu Renew License option was greyed out.   Please put renew license() into the Help>Scripting Index. I knew the option existed, but could not remember the syntax. And my search of the Scripting Index for "license" came up completely empty. I turned to google, which took too long.   ...その他を表示

Step 3 in the license renewal process no longer matches what happens in the software.  The Expired software popup no longer comes up as described in the email.  Instead, once you start up JMP, if you select Help, then the option renew Licenses is now active and clicking it brings up the aforementioned popup.  from there you can select open License as explained in the rest of the email.   My version of JMP is v16.1.   thanks! ...その他を表示

I would like to be able to check how much longer I have on my license before it expires and if that reaches a certain treshold I want to be able to load a new license file. By making this JSL scriptable we allow more options such as webservers (github for example), or even license files embedded within scripts and not just the file share option that is within the preferences right now. ...その他を表示
