Tweepy

I'm using JMP with tweepy and Python to collect trends on twitter. Here's a cell plot. Not exactly the art I'm looking for, but still interesting. Each row in the table represents a word/phrase/hash tag (a trending term.) The columns are minute-by-minute and contain a moving count (over the last two hours) of how often the term has appeared in a trend. Red is hot, and the first two hours are distorted by no previous data.

Timeline, a little over half a day, left-to-right. Red is when the word is trending highest, blue lowest.Timeline, a little over half a day, left-to-right. Red is when the word is trending highest, blue lowest.

Some terms start later in the day and create the lower left black triangle as they are added to the end of the table.
