Re: Welcome to the Twin Cities JMP User Community!!!
Ted, thanks for the introduction. On behalf of JMP, we are looking forward to supporting the TC JMP User Group. JMP users in the Twin Cities are doing amazing work and this is the perfect forum for sharing leading practices and building a network of like-minded peers.

Re: Welcome to the Twin Cities JMP User Community!!!
Thanks Ted!
I'm looking forward to meeting more local JMP users - eventually in person.
I have a physics background and have been using JMP at Seagate for over 20 years. I focus a lot on scripting, querying and data assembly. Lately I've been working a lot with images.

Thank you for getting the group kicked off Ted!
I'm Nick Havlicek, a Statistician at 3M in Lean Six Sigma Operations. My main interests in JMP are Custom DOEs, visualization and scripting simulations.
I'm looking forward to seeing our community grow and develop!

Re: Welcome to the Twin Cities JMP User Community!!!
Thanks Ted for your leadership
My name is Jim Gillard. I work at Polar Semiconductor in Bloomington, MN. I have been using JMP for close to 20 years and really enjoy how it can "make the Invisible become Visible." In addition to the graphing, my favorite feature is JSL, JMP's scripting language. It saves time especially for those routine activities and to help automate and provide others with vetted solutions. Give it a try!

Re: Welcome to the Twin Cities JMP User Community!!!
I am a JMP user for about 5 years now. Initially, just data visualization, but quickly discovered JSl and LOVE the scripting and possibilities that opens up. Helpful to automate data pulls over periods of time. I am excited to keep learning more, now from practical examples through our user group. Ted, thanks for kicking us off!

Re: Welcome to the Twin Cities JMP User Community!!!
Thanks Ted for starting this group.
Hi everyone, I'm Carol Kramer. I've been with 3M since 1984 and have worked in a variety of manufacturing and quality roles.
My current position is an Advanced Quality Engineering Specialist for the Biopharmaceutical Purification business unit for 3M's Separation and Purification Systems Division. (lots of words, eh?) . My primary role is bringing new purifiers to our customers in the Biologic injectibles industry. We are not a medical device, however we follow ISO13485 Quality Systems. Designed Experiments and process validation are of prime importance.
Major challenges include: generating statistically valid plans / analysis under constrained material / sample availability and using predictive modeling for process capability analysis.
I'm a fairly new JMP user, about 1.5 years. I was sold on it after attending a free local JMP seminar.
Our 3M JMP user community is very small. I appreciate everyone's experience and willing to coach!
