口頭/ポスター発表募集 Call for Contents JMPの活用や問題解決について、口頭発表またはポスター発表を募集します。お申し込みは、右側のボタンからお申し込み専用サイトにアクセスし、必要事項をご記入のうえご送信ください。 募集期限:2026年7月31日(金)23:59 誰が発表できますか? あらゆる分野の研究者や実務者はもちろん、学生の方々も発表いただけます。初心者向けから上級者向けまで、さまざまな発表を歓迎します。 誰が発表を選出するのですか? Discovery Summit Japan のコミッティーメンバーが、選考させていただきます。選出結果については、2026年8月中旬にご連絡を差し上げます。 発表者への特典 11月13日(金)開催の「Discovery Summit Japan」 の参加費が無料になります。 応募いただきたい内容 以下のガイドラインを参考に、より分かりやすい発表内容をご提出ください。 大きな視点で発想する:新しい視点や挑戦的なアイデアを提示し、難易度の高いテーマにも積極的に取り組んでください。 ユーザーにとっての関連性を高い内容を:JMPユーザーが日常的に直面するデータやビジネスの課題に焦点をあて、実用性の高い内容にしてください。 ストーリー性の高いものを:実際の事例を用いて、参加者が状況を追体験できるような流れを作り、同じようにJMPを活用できる方法を示してください。 JMPのデモを取り入れる:可能な限り、発表時にJMPの操作や分析プロセスを実演してください。 口頭発表: 内容によって25分(発表25分+質疑応答5分)または50分(発表50分+質疑応答10分)のいずれかを選んでください。 ポスター発表: 口頭発表は難しい、内容が25分に満たない、対象がニッチであるなどの場合は、ポスター発表への応募をご検討ください。 ※ ページの上、または、本説明の下にある「アブストラクト送信」ボタンをクリックしますと、OpenWaterという発表投稿・管理システムにリンクします。ご利用にはMy JMPへのサインインが必要です。提出前であれば、入力内容の一時保存や、追加・修正が可能です。日本語で表示されない場合は、My JMPの「My設定 → 環境設定 」と進み、言語に「Japanese」を設定してください。 ※ OpenWaterのご利用が難しい場合は、こちらのフォーム(MS Forms)をご利用ください。

Submit a paper or poster abstract that demonstrates how you’ve used JMP to solve real problems. If your abstract is selected, you will be invited to present at Discovery Summit Europe 2027, which will take place 09-11 March in Berlin, Germany. Entries are due by Friday, 25 September Here are some guidelines to consider: Think big. Challenge the audience with new ideas and don't be afraid to tackle the hard questions. Make it relevant. Focus on specific data sets and business problems that JMP users experience frequently. Tell a story. Use real examples that take your audience on a journey, and show them how they can use JMP in similar ways. Demo JMP. We encourage you to demonstrate elements of your presentation in JMP as much as possible. Ready to submit? If you’re not fully ready, don't worry. You can save your submission as a draft and go back to it when you’re ready. Who chooses the papers and posters? The Discovery Summit Steering Committee makes the selections. If you are chosen to present, you will be notified in October.. What is the Steering Committee looking for? We want paper presentations that: Feature interactive use of JMP. Spark conversations and foster dialogue about how analytics can be spread across organizations, not stuck in isolated pockets. Describe real-world problems solved by the strategic implementation of analytic methods and statistical techniques. Showcase an interesting application you’ve built with JMP Scripting Language. Advance and shape the application of statistical methods in a multidisciplinary setting. We want posters that: Present a clear story, ideally summarized in 3-5 slides. Exhibit substantial evidence of the nature of a designated problem. Present the method(s) used to reach a viable solution. Provide a solid explanation of that solution. Please note that posters are displayed throughout the conference in its entirety and will also be assigned a dedicated presentation time.

What should presenters expect? Presenters at Discovery Summit 2026 should expect to share the agenda with progressive analytic minds and keynote speakers who are thought leaders in statistics, technology, and innovation – both from academia and industry. Paper and poster presentations shape the global conversation on how to apply analytics in forward-looking companies, as well provide valuable feedback from attendees.
