When I use the SAS Download Manager on my Mac and double-click "SAS Download Manager.app" to download JMP, I get the following message: "SAS Download Manager.app cannot be opened because it is from an unverified developer." and I cannot proceed with the download.

Solution Decision

The above message is displayed due to the security settings of your Mac. You can open "SAS Download Manager.app" by following the steps below.

1. Hold down the Control key and click "SAS Download Manager.app" and select "Open."
2. The following screen will appear, so click [Open].
