JMP supports the following multiple comparison methods:

  • Tukey's HSD test *1
  • Hsu's MCB test
  • Dunnett's test
  • Newman-Keuls test *2

*1 Display of p-values ​​for Tukey's HSD test is supported in JMP 8 and later.
*2 Supported in JMP 15 and above.

JMP 9 and later supports the following nonparametric multiple comparisons:

  • Wilcoxon test
  • Stelel-Dwass test
  • Steel Examination
  • Dunn's test (all pairwise comparisons, comparison with control group)
