In JMP 10 and later, you can select Custom Quantiles as an option for continuous reports.
This option allows you to calculate estimates for any quantile and their confidence intervals.
- In a univariate distribution report, click the red triangle button ( ▼ ) in the upper left corner of the continuous variable and select Display Options -> Custom Quantiles.
- A dialog box will appear asking you to enter the quantile, so enter "0.5" and click OK.
